I. Your Information

“Your Information” used in this Privacy Policy includes:

2. “Non-Personal Information” is information that does not identify you and cannot be used to contact you personally. This includes information such as date of birth, age, postal code, non-detailed geolocation information (e.g., your city), and gender, as well as information about your mobile device, such as hardware/software/firmware. Non-Personal Information also includes “Usage Data,” which is anonymous data tied to your mobile device or personal computer, including but not limited to actions you take inside and outside the Application or Website, the mobile device or computer you use, the identities of other applications installed on your device, the date and time of using the Application or visiting the Website, URLs you visit before and after using the Application or Website, the Services you use, the Events you attend, and/or your achievements at an Event.

II. Information We Collect

Once you agree to become a Member of our Application, we will receive, store, collect, and compile your Information. Your Information will be stored in our data storage system. From time to time, we may review the content of your Information stored in our system. Below are our sources of collecting your Information, from information that:

1. You provide during Registration, when updating your Personal Information, and when making payments for Services;
2. is collected after you access the Application or Website, such as content you upload, download, and/or share on the Application or Website, and what we receive from cookies, web beacons, and/or other technologies;
3. is collected from your interactions with other Members, the Events you attend, and/or the Services you use;
4. is collected from your interactions with our Customer Service; and
5. is collected from other sources. Beyond the information mentioned above, we may obtain additional information legally from other sources. This may include demographic data, your internet search results, and more.

III. How We Use the Information

The Information we collect will be used for purposes that do not conflict with applicable laws. We collect your Information for confirming the Services you use, analyzing Services, Application usage, administrative needs related to Services and the Application, improving the quality and development of Services and features in the Application, and marketing Services and the Application.

IV. In general, your Information will be used for the following purposes:

1. processing Registration, Service orders, payments, and communicating with you;
2. identifying, investigating, and eliminating potential illegal or unauthorized activities, including fraud;
3. determining your geographic location, providing local content, and recommending Events that we consider suitable for you;
4. analyzing Application usage patterns and Service utilization;
5. and others.

V. How We Share Information

1. The Information we collect will belong to us, and we reserve the right to share your Information with other companies under our umbrella, our affiliates, and/or other third parties. Any party with whom we share your Information will also be subject to all provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Sometimes we require assistance from third parties, such as service providers, auditors, legal advisors, agents, contractors, and/or other companies (“Service Providers”), to deliver the Services as promised. 4. In the event of reorganization, restructuring, merger and/or acquisition, sale and/or transfer of our company assets, you consent to us transferring and/or assigning your Information to the third party involved in such transactions. That third party will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
5. To protect your Information, we may remove certain portions of it so that it becomes anonymous. We may also combine your Information with other data in a way that it no longer associates with you. These actions will be taken as needed.

VI. Cookies

We and our Service Providers may use cookies and other technologies for various purposes, such as: (a) making it easier to access our Application and Services and recognizing you when you return, (b) providing and analyzing our Services, (c) learning about Application usage, and (d) presenting and preparing marketing analyses.

Cookies are essential for supporting our Application, for example, we or Service Providers may use cookies to authenticate and identify Members when using the Application or visiting our Website, to prevent fraud and manage security. We also use cookies to collect information about the usage of our Application, Website, and Services for research and marketing analysis, as well as to help us improve Service quality.

VII. Security

To protect the security and confidentiality of your Information, we will take reasonable precautions to prevent loss, theft, or unauthorized access. We maintain security systems in line with adequate industry-standard protocols. However, please note that no security system is impenetrable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of our database or that the information you provide will not be compromised during transmission.

VIII. Data Retention Period

In general, we retain various types of information for up to 5 months, including User Profiles, passwords, phone numbers, email addresses, uploaded data, and so on, for safety and security reasons. Data retention is subject to applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

IX. Deletion of Information and Data

Users may delete and/or deactivate accounts following the instructions here. The Information and data of the User’s account will enter a queue for permanent deletion. Users may restore accounts within 30 days of the deletion or deactivation request via the following link.

Before an account is deleted and/or deactivated, Users may request a copy of their Account information and data via this link. We will send the file to the User’s email no later than 15 days after the request.
